The Coffee House

Earlier this year I was burnt out with my software career. I can name a few things that contributed to the burnout but there was no doubt that I needed a change.
One of the ideas I had was to work at a coffee shop. The idea of serving people something small that put them in a happy place seem refreshing to me. No more haggling about design details...it would simply be "One soy latte for Jane".
But reality and the need to support the children and myself kept me from it. Fortunatly I got through the burnout and ended up once again in peace with software development.
At some point in my life I do wish to revisit this...another idea would involve a smooth transition to flight level 330 enroute to new york with several passengers onboard...yea...i like that idea very much =)

Are you mad?
Actually serving in a medial job (like mine) is stressful when it comes to putting things in peoples hands.
Volunteer some time, you’re a great dad, I say share that with a geeky boy who doesn’t have a dad, become a big brother or uncle. I think you’d be great at it.
Leave latte’s and nuts to the pros! hehe
